Valve assembly machine

This assembly machine can assemble valves fully automatically. Various configurations are possible, including nuts or snap rings. The assembled products are dropped into a box.

The bodies are identified by a vision system. Then each successful identified body is picked up from the conveyor with an H-gantry and placed in a machining holder. The rest of the parts can now be assembled onto the body. Exchanging the holder is not necessary because it is designed in such a way that all the different models can be placed in it.
