Multi-outlet sets machine

Drip irrigation is widely used in agriculture and (greenhouse) horticulture. Rutec has developed fully automatic assembly machines for this purpose. Now there is also a version available for assembling multi-outlet connections.

The machine is equipped with a robot arm that picks up and positions the manifolds. The rest of the machine then assembles the pin and hose on the manifold. The robot rotates the manifold further and further depending on how many connections the manifold has.

A camera is placed that takes pictures of the parts. The recognition software searches for the products in the photo and forwards them to the robot.

The machine is suitable for several types of manifolds. It is also possible to mount standard drippers. As far as the pins are concerned, there are no restrictions. For each type of pin (straight, square, screw, prick, etc.) an interchangeable unit is available.
