Cheese Press

The Netherlands has a great reputation worldwide making cheese. An important resource is the so-called Cheese Press. 

The Cheese Press is available in many sizes and types. But a mobile cheese press that could simply travel to anywhere in the world to be used as a demonstration machine had not been designed yet.  Until Rutec Engineering on command designed an easy to install press. 

Now there are annual mobile cheese presses flown all over the world and this typical Dutch design is used to show how we work making cheese.
